For high end/Italian sizes, If you don’t know your shoe size, please use the last two columns below to determine your best fit. To measure your feet, stand up straight on a flat surface on a blank sheet of paper. Have someone else mark your foot’s longest length (heel to big toe for most people) with a pencil on the blank sheet of paper. Do this process for both feet and measure the longest length between the pencil marks with a ruler. Your feet may be slightly different sizes, so use the measurement of the longer foot to use below.  Measurements are in both inches and centimeters.
